Crazy About Wild Garlic

Join us at Trelde Næs where we will forage for and cook with wild garlic.
Wild garlic already emerged from the ground in January and is ready to be harvested in March. Its flavour is wonderfully sharp, and together we will prepare three simple dishes.

Before cooking, we will head into the forest to forage for wild garlic together, where the nature guide will also explain what you need to be aware of when foraging.
If time allows, we will also take a look at some edible seaweed species that are particularly tasty at this time of year.
